"Tater tot" casserole

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, riced or frozen store bought
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and cut
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
Onion powder (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Blend 1 cup of cottage cheese and warm up your cauliflower rice. Place both ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Form small "tater tots" on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the fresh green beans to the skillet with the ground turkey and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the beans are tender.
Place your turkey and green beans in a baking dish.
Once tots are done layer on top and bake for an additional 2o minutes
If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
