One pan dumpling dinner

Ingredients

Serves 4

Cook time 25 -30 min

  • 1 package of frozen pot stickers

  • 3/4 bottle of Thai red curry sauce

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup of bang bang sauce

  • 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • chili crisp for topping ( optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F

  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the frozen pot stickers in a single layer.

  3. In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together and simmer on your stove top until the sauce is bubbling.

  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pot stickers, ensuring they are well coated.

  5. Lightly drizzle with vegetable oil to help them crisp up while baking.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pot stickers are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and chili crisp.

  8. Serve warm with a side of your favorite rice or ramen.
