And for those feeling a bit more adventurous, you can whip up some hot honey by simply combining honey and cayenne pepper. Just imagine pouring that spicy and sweet mixture over the already delicious chicken. It's a flavor explosion that will have everyone wanting more. Who doesn't love a little bit of spice on their chicken? Trust me, this easy fried chicken is a must-try dish for any summer dinner.

Ingredients:
Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, breasts, etc.)
4 seasonings (e.g., salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
2 eggs
Corn oil (for frying)
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the four seasonings together.
Coat each piece of chicken with the seasoning mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is well covered.
Heat corn oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the pan.
Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on the size of the pieces.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with your favorite sides.
Tips:
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mix for a few hours before cooking.
Make sure the oil is hot enough to avoid greasy chicken.
