With our shared love of Chinese cuisine and spicy food in our household, we're always eager to try new recipes. This dish is a crowd-pleaser, and you can easily adjust the level of heat to suit your taste. We prefer udon noodles for their satisfying texture, and you can also experiment with pork fillings for added flavor. It's the perfect recipe for a cozy date night!

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Pot Stickers:
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 package pot sticker wrappers
Oil for frying
Water for steaming
For the Spicy Udon Noodles:
8 ounces udon noodles
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste or sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
Sriracha for extra spice ( if desired)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Assemble Pot Stickers: Take a pot sticker wrapper, place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center, and wet the edges with water. Fold in half and pinch to seal.
Cook the Pot Stickers: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place pot stickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes.
Prepare Udon Noodles: Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine Noodles: Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and pour in soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve: Plate the spicy udon noodles and arrange the chicken pot stickers on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions.
