Ingredients: ( Serves 2)

- 1 lb raw chicken tenders

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup marinara sauce

- 4 slices of provolone cheese

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

- 8 oz spaghetti


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F

2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.

4. Dip each chicken tender in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

6. While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

7. In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce.

8. Once the chicken is cooked, spoon some marinara sauce over each chicken tender and top with 2 slices of provolone cheese.

9. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Serve the Chicken Parmesan over a bed of spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
